この曲は、邦題が「狂気への序曲」といい、Freddie Mercuryによって作られました。
Freddieは、病気が進行する時、もしかしたら気が狂うのではないかという恐怖におびえていたそうです。
それでも、Freddieは特有のユーモアで、それを曲にしました。ビデオはFreddieが亡くなるおよそ9ヶ月前に、撮影されたものです。
かなり痩せていましたね。Freddieは、気が狂うことはなく昏睡におちるまで正気でした。（涙・・・）
