日本のタイトルは「ユー・ガット・メール」と過去形ですが、英文のタイトルは、"You've Got Mail"と現在完了形です。
「ユーヴ・ガット・メール」にしてくれたらよかったのに、と思ってしまいますが、それでもこの英文タイトルのおかげで、メールは、不可算名詞だとわかりますね。

mail は、郵便,郵便制度, 郵便物全般 を表す不可算名詞です。
